Product Instruction:
The mineralized water purifier is a kind of 6-stage filtration pure water production instrument which adopts high and new technology of US reverse osmosis process. Raw water will be filtered through previous 3 stages pretreatment filter cartridge.
1st: PP filter cartridge, removing the suspended materials and others in the water which is more than 5 micron.
2nd: Granular activated carbon filter cartridge, removing the chlorine in the water and other chloric by-products.
3rd: Sintered carbon block cartridge, absorbing abnormal flvour of water.
4th: After the pretreatment of previous 3 stages filter cartridge, the water will get into the 4stage RO membrane by high pressure pump. As the aperture of reverse osmosis membrane is only 0.00001 micron, a bacteria will need to dwindle 4000 times and filterable virus will also need to dwindle 200 times to pass through. So all the slight impurities, harmful soluble solids and virus can not pass through the reverse osmosis membrane. The RO membrane will sperate water from other impurities and pollutant. And the harmful materials will be automatically discharged from condensed water outlet. The pure water through RO membrane will get into pressure storage tank (or pure water tank) for later use.
5th: When use water, pure water will discharge through 5-stage post activated carbon filter cartridge. The post activated carbon filter cartridge can adjust PH of pure water for making water sweet.
6th: The 6-stage is far-infrared mineralized filter cartridge which makes outlet water with various mineral substances. With effect of health care.
All the water production process is controled by microcomputer.
